YANOMAMI INDIANS OF THE AMAZON RAINFOREST Storytelling The Yanomami Indian creation myth, which belongs to an oral tradition which is thousands of years old. The story offers a unique insight into how these people viewed the beginning of the world, the creation of the forest, and the animals and humans which inhabit it.
